Managing and supporting Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs and junior members of the brigade.
Helping junior chefs develop their skills and understanding of food preparation and service.
Maintaining excellent portion control and minimising unnecessary food waste.
Supporting daily stock control and ensuring orders are accurate and submitted on time.
Checking deliveries, ensuring ingredients arrive in the correct condition and reporting any issues.
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, health and safety standards throughout the kitchen.
Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service at all times.
What We're Looking For

You'll be joining an established and ambitious kitchen environment where food matters, standards are high and every member of the brigade contributes to the guest experience.
It's an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to work alongside experienced professionals, strengthen their skills and take another step towards their next level of progression.
