About the Role

Building lasting culinary partnerships – connecting exceptional chefs with kitchens where both can thrive.

We're looking for a Sous Chef who is obsessed with food, driven by integrity, and excited by building something special.

The Chef Hub is recruiting on behalf of a recently opened luxury bar and restaurant in the heart of Mayfair—a venue with a transatlantic energy where the precision and creativity of Fallow meets the timeless elegance of Rules. Think modern British cooking, exceptional produce, intelligent hospitality, and a dining room that feels equally at home in London and New York.

This isn't a kitchen fuelled by shouting or egos. We believe that culture beats chaos, intellect beats attitude, and consistency beats drama. Every day.

We're looking for someone who:
Lives and breathes great food.
Leads with integrity and earns respect through actions.
Thrives in a collaborative, ambitious kitchen.
Has strong Sous Chef experience or is a proven Junior Sous ready to step up.
Values craftsmanship, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Remains calm under pressure and helps others do the same.
Wants to contribute ideas rather than simply follow instructions.

You'll be:
Working alongside a talented leadership team shaping a new destination restaurant.
Coaching and inspiring chefs to produce exceptional food every service.
Maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and organisation.
Supporting menu development and championing seasonal ingredients.
Helping build a kitchen culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

What you'll find here:
A beautifully designed, luxury restaurant with genuine ambition.
Creative, produce-led cooking without unnecessary gimmicks.
A team that values humility, professionalism, and mutual respect.
Real opportunities to grow as the business evolves.
A workplace where positivity, accountability, and excellence are expected—and recognised.

If you're a chef who believes that the best kitchens are built on passion, integrity, intelligence, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.

The Chef Hub is proud to partner with hospitality businesses that put people and culture at the heart of exceptional food. If this sounds like your kind of kitchen, apply today.
