About the Role

More than a Head Chef role. An opportunity to make your mark.
Are you a Head Chef who wants more than running the same kitchen, serving the same menu and following the same routine every day?
Do you have the ambition, creativity and leadership to take a diverse catering operation forward and help shape what comes next?

The Chef Hub is working with an established hospitality business to find a Head Chef who wants to make a genuine difference.
This is an opportunity to lead across a varied and exciting catering operation, spanning stadium hospitality, weddings, corporate functions, banqueting and major external events at some fantastic venues.

No two weeks will look the same. From delivering exceptional food for premium hospitality guests to leading the kitchen operation at large-scale events, this role offers the variety, responsibility and challenge that ambitious chefs thrive on.
The opportunity to take things forward

We're looking for a chef who sees the bigger picture.
Someone who understands that great food is only part of the equation. Building a strong team, creating a positive kitchen culture, developing exciting menus, making commercially sound decisions and delivering an outstanding guest experience are all part of what makes a successful operation.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence the food offering, develop your people and play an important part in the continued development of the business.
This isn't simply about maintaining standards and keeping things running. It's about bringing fresh ideas, identifying opportunities and having the confidence to turn them into something meaningful.

You'll need to be equally comfortable leading a busy service, planning for a major event and thinking commercially about how the operation can perform better.
Your experience will matter, your ideas will be welcomed, and your leadership will have the opportunity to make a real impact.

Who we're looking for
We want to hear from chefs who are ready for their next challenge.
You might already be a Head Chef looking for a broader role, an ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready to step up, or an experienced culinary leader who wants to put their stamp on a more diverse operation.

You'll bring a strong culinary background, the confidence to lead from the front and the ability to bring people with you. You'll understand the pressures of high-volume catering, the importance of preparation and planning, and the commercial realities of running a successful kitchen.
Just as importantly, you'll be someone who wants to keep learning, improving and developing.

Experience across outside catering, stadiums, racecourses, banqueting or major events would be a real advantage. The ability to adapt, think on your feet and maintain standards when the pressure is on will be essential.
We're interested in what you can bring to the business, not just the job titles you've held.

Where could this opportunity take you?
The best opportunities are those where you can see the difference you're making.
You'll be stepping into a role where your ideas, leadership and decisions can influence a wider catering operation. You'll have the chance to develop people, introduce new ideas, improve performance and help shape the future direction of the food offering.

You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team, gain exposure to a variety of hospitality environments and build on your experience in a business where no two events are quite the same.
For the right person, this is a chance to move beyond simply running a kitchen and develop into a broader culinary and operational leader, as the business grows so will the role.

If you're ready to take ownership, challenge yourself and help drive a business forward, this could be the next step you've been looking for.
Ready for your next challenge?

At The Chef Hub, we believe the right move should offer more than a new job title. It should give you the opportunity to grow, develop and make a difference.
We're looking to connect this business with a chef who brings the right experience, ambition and personality to help take the operation forward.
If you're passionate about food, people and creating something you can be proud of, we'd love to hear from you.

Your next move could be about more than a new kitchen. It could be about what you build next.
