My client is seeking an experienced and highly professional Remote Operations Manager to support a UHNW consultant operating between London and the UAE.
This is a trusted, hands-on position requiring exceptional discretion, organisational ability, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will report directly to the owner and oversee administration, coordination, operational support, and project management across multiple business functions.
While approximately 90% of the role is home-based, there may be opportunities to provide on-location support in London or the UAE when required, with notice.
Key Responsibilities
Direct operational and administrative support to the owner
Coordination of schedules, projects, logistics, and business priorities
Managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations and time zones
Creating and supporting presentations, reporting, systems management, and internal software
Assisting with project management and implementation of operational processes
Liaising with external stakeholders, suppliers, and private service providers
Maintaining complete confidentiality and professional discretion at all times
Regular video calls and communication via multiple platforms
Recruit staff for clients as needed. FOH & BOH.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience working within a private household, family office, UHNW, or private client environment
Strong hospitality or operational leadership background
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
High level of trustworthiness, professionalism, and discretion
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Strong understanding of systems, software platforms, presentations, and operational tools
Adaptable and flexible to changing schedules and priorities
Willingness to occasionally travel to London or UAE with reasonable notice
Self Employed basis with a 3 month probation period
Additional Information
Due to the nature of the client and database, an NDA will be required as part of the onboarding process.
Flexibility is essential, including the ability to pivot working days when the owner is based in the UAE.
This role suits someone proactive, solutions-focused, and experienced in supporting high-level private clients, such as a senior leader or manager from a luxury hospitality background.
Proficient with AI administration, Canva, calendly, microsoft teams, zenzap and whatsapp

£45,000 plus bonus / benefits
