We are seeking an experienced and reliable Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a second generation owned family venue in the heart of town! This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef with a confident eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and proven casual dining, fresh food experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the kitchen team day to day
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Develop and execute fresh, visually stunning, casual dining brand experiences
Streamline & manage stock, menus, ordering, and food costs
Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Work closely with management to maintain smooth service and high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Senior Sous Chef
A leader, trustworthy, take ownership of a kitchen, social media and financials to step up in a business
Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and consistency with modern cooking style and plating
Confident leadership and team management skills - who isn't afraid of social media
Passion for fresh ingredients and authentic flavours who understands seasonal demands where there is always something going to get ahead of

Requirements
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lytham St Annes: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Min 7 years of culinary experience, and at least 1 year, fresh food and volume experience, required.
Passion for teamwork, commitment, strong communication, and growth.
Licence/Certification:
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
H&S level 2 (required)
Allergen Training MIN level 1(required)

£42,500 - £50,000 DOE - Plus Bonus / Overtime
