The Chef Hub is proud to be exclusively recruiting for an exceptional Head Chef opportunity at a prestigious AA-rated Hotel & Lodge in Northern Ireland.
This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a well-established culinary operation within a respected hospitality business that has built an outstanding reputation for quality, consistency and genuine hospitality.
We're looking for a passionate leader who thrives on developing people, driving standards and delivering memorable food experiences.
The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced senior leadership team, you'll lead a brigade of 10 talented chefs across two busy kitchens, overseeing a varied food offering that includes:
Award-quality restaurant dining
Weddings and private events
Hotel guests and conferences
Seasonal menus using quality local produce
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to influence menus, mentor your team and continue developing an already year round, seasonally strong food reputation.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
Has previous experience as a Head Chef, this isn't a first time gig.
Leads from the front with professionalism and positivity.
Has excellent kitchen management and organisational skills.
Understands food GP, labour control and kitchen compliance.
Enjoys coaching and developing chefs into future leaders.
Takes genuine pride in maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
Understands a balance working week, its NOT office based, you are a hands on LEADER
The Package
Salary starting from £50,000, with a clear pathway to £70,000 based on performance and progression.
Relocation opportunity to one of Northern Ireland's most beautiful hospitality destinations.

Requirements
Northern Ireland - Enniskillen: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Driving will be essential to the location in this role -
Experience:
Min 10 years of culinary experience,
Quality dining, volume and quality driven
Wedding/events experience required
Confident knowledge of costing, EHO requirements
Passion for teamwork, commitment and growth in a remote area
2AA Rosette experience required (minimum)
Licence/Certification:
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum required)
H&S level 2 (required)
Allergen awareness training & N-Law proficient (required)
Work authorisation:
United Kingdom (required) only, no sponsorship is available at this time
