The Opportunity

Working alongside a long-standing Executive Chef, you'll have the freedom to:
Develop exciting seasonal menus
Create a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
Lead, coach and inspire your brigade

Requirements
Northumberland: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Driving will be essential to the location in this role - However temporary on site accommodation is available for 8 weeks to help settle in.
Experience:
Min 10 years of culinary experience,
Casual dining, volume and quality driven
Wedding/events experience required
Confident knowledge of costing, EHO requirements
Passion for teamwork, commitment and growth in a remote area
Licence/Certification:
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum required)
H&S level 2 (required)
Allergen awareness training & N-Law proficient (required)
Work authorisation:
United Kingdom (required) only, no sponsorship is available at this time
