About the Role
Building lasting culinary partnerships – connecting exceptional chefs with kitchens where both can thrive.
Want to run your own place - have direct impact, drive and return from your impact efforts and leadership?
Minority Partner Opportunity – Restaurant & Bar (49%)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a minority partner in an established modern European cuisine Restaurant & Bar operation, with long term vision, leadership and for those wanting more than just a Head Chef role!
This is not a passive investment. This is for a driven hospitality professional ready to take operational ownership and help lead a business forward.
The current owner will retain 51% ownership but intends to step back from day-to-day involvement - creating a genuine opportunity for the right person to step in, influence direction, and share in the rewards.
This role requires hands-on involvement and leadership from the front.
Partners working scheduled shifts will receive a basic hourly rate circa £18.50, negotiable depending on experience
Hourly rate reviewed annually in line with inflation
£300 per calendar month personal allowance within the establishment
(Any overspend deducted from quarterly profit distribution)
£250 per month retained into a maintenance reserve fund
Profits distributed quarterly in line with 49% shareholding
The intention is for the current owner to become largely silent operationally, allowing the incoming partner to take meaningful control of day-to-day performance while benefiting directly from the business’s success.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a salary - someone who wants ownership, influence, and long-term upside.
