This is a casual dining restaurant based within a thriving wedding resort in Yorkshire. Our guests include holidaymakers escaping the everyday, wedding location famous in the region and golf tourists who return time and time again - so great service really matters here.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team delivering a relaxed but high-quality dining experience:

* Serving breakfast, buffet, lunch, and dinner to guests and residents within the team
* Creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for both visitors and regulars and the team
* Supporting kitchen and front-of-house operations as needed
* Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment

Requirements

Ability to commute/relocate:

East Riding of Yorkshire: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Driving will be essential to the location in this role


Experience:

Min 7 years of culinary experience,

Casual dining, volume and quality driven

Wedding/events experiece required

Confident knowledge of costing, EHO requirements

Passion for teamwork, commitment and growth in a remote area


Licence/Certification:

Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum required)

H&S level 2 (required)

Allergen awareness training (required)


Work authorisation:

United Kingdom (required) only, no sponsorship is available at this time
