We are seeking an exceptional Multi-Site Head Chef to lead, inspire and elevate two distinct yet complementary culinary operations within one of Central London’s most exclusive independent hospitality groups.
This is a rare opportunity for a proven culinary leader to oversee:
A fresh, vibrant, high-quality deli concept delivering seasonal, produce-led food
A fine dining event catering kitchen executing refined menus for high-profile private and corporate clients
You will be responsible for managing a small but talented team across both sites, while maintaining and evolving the culinary standards of the fine dining, but also the creative flair and quality for the deli.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You must be a genuine chef’s chef - someone who can truly cook at a high level, mentor teams, and consistently deliver food to a minimum 2 AA Rosette standard, or be able to produce some incredible, sandwich/platters and salads in for a unique deli - fresh, nutritious and bold.
You will:
Lead daily kitchen operations across both sites
Create, develop and cost seasonal menus
Deliver fine dining execution for premium events
Maintain exceptional standards across production, presentation and flavour
Manage and mentor a small, ambitious brigade of 8
Drive consistency from direct impact to all service environments
Ensure GP targets, compliance and operational efficiency are met

Requirements
Ability to commute/relocate:
Central London: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Min 10 years of culinary experience, and at least 1year as HC, volume experience, required
Passion for teamwork, commitment, strong communication, and growth,
Licence/Certification:
Min 2AA Rosette Head Chef 1 year experience
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
H&S level 2 (required)
Allergen Training MIN level 1(required)

£55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus & overtime
