About the Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity within a genuine unique, ambitious and passionate group for a Senior Operations Chef, a role that sits right at the heart of our award-winning kitchens and is designed for ambitious chefs who want to grow, lead, and make an impact.
The successful candidate will oversee four of our unique venues. Each site has its own distinct offer, but all run to the same high-performing BOH systems and policies that ensure consistency and excellence across the group.
The structure is designed to empower and support our teams:
A Senior Operations Chef leads four sites.
Two Operations Chefs support them, each with two sites.
Every site has a dedicated Head Chef.
This means each venue benefits from three senior chefs driving the same goals: GP%, NPS, Labour Control, Food Safety Audits, and above all, developing and inspiring the people in their kitchens.
Being comfortable with systems ,in house or external, for rotas, food costs recipes etc will be a big advantage - but this isn't a table and analysis role - its hands on, overseeing, training and operational role for sure!
Smallest team of 12, largest team of 24 in your region. Its about volume and freshness in house controls and support.
