Its NOT a numbers game to me, I know each of my candidates well by name and understand each client and their venue too, and support each side of the recruitment and placement of a candidate i've got vast experience in, including 25 years as a chef to Executive level too, so its not a sales pitch, its fact.
What to expect? Being ghosted? Yep! Being screwed over by industry competitors who say they are supportive and will share the "black book of chefs to avoid" but not for support, literally for spying, seeing if the competitor can work out who your client/venue is, and trying to undercut you, and believe me, i've been employed by those, that this single tactic, is an entire business plan, i'm not joking.
